Problem Statement
We paid for the wrong tenant and want to move the subscription to another tenant.
Solution
We can’t move the subscription to another tenant, but we can give you a refund once you cancel the subscription.
To cancel the subscription, please go to
Auth0 Dashboard >> settings >> subscription tab >> and then scroll down to the box with the starter plan and click Downgrade.

Once you completed the downgrade, please reach out to our Support team for the refund.
