Lost in the New User Invitation Workflow

Hello Auth0 Community, I need help with the new team member invitation workflow.

Tenant with issue: simplants.com

Issue: I invited two team members to my Tenant, they accepted the invitation but they cant see the Tenant besides the teams page (https://accounts.auth0.com/teams/xxxxxxxxxxx/members?tab=list)

If they try to access the manage.auth0.com, they don’t have access to the tenant, and if I try to add them as members, using the old invitation view, I’m informed this is no longer available.

What Am I missing here? I need help…

Ahhh… I even tried to link the accounts, but the result was not what I expected and I also need help to unlink this.

Have you reviewed our documentation on adding team members?

yes, after reviewing the documentation I found the “Manage Tenant Access” functionality. It was not very intuitive, and my mistake was to try things without completely understanding them.

For people with the same issue I had, here is what you must to after inviting a new user to a team:

Thanks Nik, this issue is solved. The unlinking is the only thing that remains, that’s in another ticket I opened.
