Locked out of paid account

Hi,
The situation is that originally I created the account for our company, however I’ve moved to a different position and left to one of my colleagues to manage it. Since then she went on a maternity leave and did not create any secondary admin accounts, so we are basically locked out.

I cannot open a ticket in Auth0 Support because I’d need the MFA to log in there. I’ve also seen Account Locked: MFA Resets Requests, however I do not have the option to send private messages for some reason. (Neither under my profile nor when I open someones profile. There’s no envelope button.)

I’d like to request some help how to reset the MFA for my user.
