Locked out of MFA

Hello,

I am locked out of my Auth0 admin account because I lost my device and can no longer use MFA. I do not have the recovery code.

I have tried to Direct Message the @support group but the message button is not available to me.

Please can an Auth0 Community Engineer initiate a Direct Message with me so I can provide my tenant name and account email privately for an MFA reset.

I used to login with Github, this is not my primary account, I created it just so I could post.
