We have created new users with admin privileges. They have received the invitation email, but once accepted, their accounts remain in a “pending” state. Additionally, when they try to use the “forgot password” feature, they do not receive any email.
We have waited several days and tested with multiple email addresses, but the issue persists.

After checking your tenant settings, I did not manage to see any issues in the logs when it comes to user invitations, but I believe the issue might reside from the number of Admins allowed by a Free membership account, since that is limited to only 3, as mentioned in our Pricing documentation.
You can try removing the admins that are no longer needed, send another admin invitation and have it completed by the user in incognito mode, then make sure they sign in with the newly registered account.
