Dashboard - Invitation Not Arriving

Hello @Auth0Community.

Issue: I’m inviting a previously deleted email to the Auth0 Dashboard, but I’m not receiving the invitation. I tried multiple times - since 20 days ago, unsuccessfully.

Context: because I moved from Google Workspace to Office 365, I deleted my account primary email at Auth0 and added a temporary @gmail account (both in my name - and I’m the solo admin of Auth0). After the transition, I invited myself once again but I’m not receiving it.

Copy Invitation Link: Using the account I have access, I copied the non-expired invitation link in the members page, but when I open it (other chrome profile), I receive an error message saying " You are currently logged in as inviteduser@mydomain.com. Please log in using the email address for which you received the invitation." >> which is strange, because both are correct and the same (authenticated and invitation email addresses).

Am I missing some step? What can I do better to fix this?

Reporting the advances of this case.

Dawid took this issue to the support team, who will take it from there. Nothing that we could solve from the admin panel, as it is an unexpected behaviour.

Problem identified by the support team. It was a mistake from mine. There was a typo in the domain name.

Noobie level increased.
