Is there an issue sending out email verification notices?

I’m noticing a delay in sending out verify email notices for the initial sign up and the api method ‘/api/v2/jobs/verification-email’

They appear around quarter past the hour.

Is there an issue, or can I determine if they are being throttled?

The logs for the signed up user indicate the email has been delivered successfully.

@mtunney Are you using SendGrid by any chance?

We’ve checked on our side and everything is operational.

@fady I’m using Auth0 Email Provider as it’s a dev/trial account.

@mtunney We recommend you set up a trial account with a provider such as SendGrid since there are a number of restrictions and limitations with the built in provider which you could read about here: https://auth0.com/docs/email
