Invitations not being sent while adding new tenant members

Problem statement

We invite users to join as members in private instances, but they are not receiving the invitation emails.

Solution

While investigating the cause of this, you can copy the invite link from the Dashboard > Settings > Tenant Members and share it with the invitee via an alternative channel so they can join the tenants.
Before the user accepts the invitation, they will appear in the Invitations list as pending. If you click the ... you will see Copy invitation link .

If none of your company’s users are receiving tenant invites, one of the possibilities is that your email server is blocking the IP address of our email server. In that case, you will need to put an exception in place not to block the IP address of our email server. We use a dedicated IP address that is not shared with anyone else. IP address is 159.183.162.4
