Tenant Member Cannot Invite New Members / Dashboard Users

Problem Statement

When attempting to send invitations to new Tenant Members, the following warning is displayed, and the Add Member button is grayed out.

To add members, email verification is required.

Symptoms

  • Warning displayed (with actionable link)

  • The button is greyed out:

Steps to Reproduce

Go to Settings > Tenant Members > Add Member.

Troubleshooting

Check if the user has verified their email before inviting new members.

Cause

As of September 29th, the Dashboard users (Tenant members) must verify their email addresses before inviting new members.

Solution

Verify email by clicking on “Send email” within Settings > Tenant Members > Send email
