I already had an account under the same email and another tenant. My client sent me an invite to their tenant which I accepted, but I can’t see their tenant in the selection. What can I do about it?

Welcome to the Auth0 Community!
First, please check that the tenant is unavailable when clicking on the Switch tenants option. If you have many tenants, you may need to scroll down to see them.
If the tenant is still unavailable, could you please clarify if your client sees you under the list of tenant members?
In any case, if the tenant is unavailable to you after accepting an invite, I recommend that you ask your client to resend you a new invite.
Doing so will hopefully grant you tenant member access.
