Unable to switch tenant, the Switch Tenant option is greyed out

I belong to multiple tenants, but I can not switch tenants as the Switch Tenant option is greyed out.

I already had an account under the same email and another tenant. My IT admin sent me an invite to their tenant which I accepted, but i can access it only one time, then i cannot access it any more and Switch Tenant option is greyed out.

I had clearing the browser caches and with a different device, both not working.

Please verify with your IT admin that you have been invited to the Team first before being assigned to the tenant.
