Cannot Access Tenant after Receiving an Invite from Tenant Admin

Problem statement

When adding team members to start their initial work on Auth0, one of them cannot use the invite and log into Auth0. The user already had an account under the same email and another tenant. The invite to this tenant was sent to them, which they accepted, but can’t see the tenant in the selection.


  1. Go to the Auth0 Dashboard.

  2. In the top-left corner, click the tenant name.

  3. When clicking the Switch tenant option, check that the tenant is unavailable. If there are many tenants, scroll down to see them all.


  1. If the tenant is still unavailable, an admin should check if the new member is under the list of tenant members.

  2. If the tenant is still unavailable after accepting an invite, send a new invite.
