I stopped my recurring payment but my subscription is also cancelled immediately even though I just paid for a whole yea

I paid for the whole year and cancelled the recurring payment. The subscript stopped immediately instead of at the end of billing cycle. Is there a way to revert the cancellation?

Could you please send me a direct message of your tenant name that you have paid for a yearly subscription?

And could you please confirm if the payment went through to your bank to signify that the subscription has been successfully paid for?
