I am being billed for services i do not receive or want

Every month my company get a bill on an old account that no longer had a subscription and has not been logged into for years, when logging in using the email i get the “first time” logging in message confirming there is no active account, yet for some reason old billing information is used to bill us. one would hope this is an error that could be solved easily, efforts to reach billing and sales have proved fruitless.
