Unable to find account bill is coming from

There is an account that generates a monthly bill but I cannot log into. I attempted to reset the password of the email address in the Bill To section of my invoice but it seems that no account exists with that email address. I logged in with the email address I used to use with Auth0 but but there is nothing set up for that email (no domain or entity or whatever you guys call it). I sent an email to sales@auth0.com in September to ask this to be resolved but have been billed again in October and November.

What do people do here? I’m guessing I’m the billing contact for an account I don’t have access to - I need to figure out how to close this account… or do I just start charge backs on the credit card transaction? Invoice number AE89CC7F-0058.
