Forgotten pw email not received

I have had customers and clients not receiving their forgotten pw emails, although Auth0 says they have been sent. This is hindering my business terribly. How do I fix this?

Are you using your own smtp server?

Auth0 suggests not relying on theirs, as it is for testing only or something. I remember very long times for emails sent through theirs.

Since we switched to using our smtp settings, I don’t remember ever seeing any noticeable delays.

Thanks for your response Brad. I recently changed my email pw, so apparently, that could be affecting it. Must check that out now :slight_smile:
