Delay in password reset link email

Hi, We are a part of a POC and use Auth0 for authentication. We are experiencing a significant delay in receiving the reset password link email, and once it arrives in the associate inbox, it appears to be expired.

I checked the other options, but they aren’t helping. Could you please tell me if there is anything that can be done to reduce the delay and allow us to use this functionality without any customization?
