Failed to upgrage my subscription plan from 'Free' to 'Essentials'

when trying to upgrade my my plan ‘Free’ to ‘Essentials’ i’m getting and error screen
saying that something went wrong

its been like this for like a week already.
note that i’m not a trial or somthing like this
please help

This seems to be more of a general error message that can have multiple potential causes. Allow me to share some thoughts and documentations to go over and see if any help resolve the error:

  • if you have attempted to perform the Subscription Upgrade from the Tenant, please access your Teams dashboard → Settings and try again from there, more information can be found on our documentation on how to Manage Subscriptions - Auth0 Docs;
  • please double-check the banking/payment information and that the card is active;
  • if possible, try using a different card/account to complete the upgrade and let us know if there the same or a different error message.

Hi, thanks for answering , apparently the issue was that I didn’t fill the ‘Billing Information’ section in the ‘Payment & Billing’ tab , from the error page I got on the website there is no way I could have known that, consider improving the error messaging.
