Failing to upgrade from free to essentials - you already have another team subscription

Hi Auth0 community!

I’m hitting a billing transition issue. My tenant is on the legacy per-tenant model (according to my docs investigation and extensive Claude sessions).

When I try to upgrade it from Free, Auth0 returns: “you already have another team subscription.” When I try to access accounts.auth0.com to consolidate, login fails with invalid_request: client requires organization membership, but user does not belong to any organization, so the Teams UI isn’t accessible to me.

I need help locating the existing subscription Auth0 is detecting, and either consolidating it with or detaching it so I can upgrade this tenant independently.
