Failed to create account

After signup, it directed me to the account create page. but when I clicked the create account button, it always showed me an error

please help on this issue

I have tried once again but this error still comes up

Please try to follow these steps, since the issue might be caused by stored browser cache data

  • please attempt to clear the cache, reload the browser and try one more time
  • trying Incognito mode could also help resolve this;
  • try again with a different network connection if possible, to rule-out any potential issues directly related to your network;
  • please enable/disable your VPN, reload the browser and try one more time.
