I’m not able to create a new account on the platform. Whenever I’m prompted with the tenant creation screen, I get an error:
Error! Something happened while trying to create the tenant: API Error. Please contact support if the problem persists
I tried with several emails, social logins; It’s been happening for over an hour now

I am also unable to create a new tenant account. I just signed up for service with Auth0 and it won’t let me proceed forward to any screen no matter which browser or incognito window I use. The tenant it creates for me is unique, or if i use one myself both result in the same issue with a flag at the top left of the window:
Error!
Error! Something happened while trying to create the tenant: Failed to create account
