Error creating new tenant for authenticating

Hi, I’m trying to create a new tenant with a different email and I’m receiving the following error when creating the new account: Error! Something happened while trying to create the tenant: failed to create account. I’m unsure of why I’m getting this error.

This can have a number of causes, allow me to share some information that could help sort out the issue:

  • Log out of the account, log back in and try again;
  • Please try logging in and creating the tenant using a different browser;
  • If it’s an option to create the tenant under the same email address, try to complete this via your existing tenant, from the drop down in the top left where you can find your tenant’s name. These documentations could prove useful : Create Multiple Tenants and Create Tenants;
  • if applicable, try using a different sign in method when creating your new account ( instead of email/pw, try with GitHub or Google).

Let me know if anything above helped you resolve the issue. In the meantime, the status page does not show any system disruption, so it should be local and not a wide-spread issue, unless others report start reporting it as well.
