New user, can't create a tenant to get started

I just created an account and I get the following error when creating a new tenant. I tried both a custom name and the default generated dev-xxxxxx. Neither worked.

Something happened while trying to create the tenant: API Error. Please contact support if the problem persists

I am getting the same error.

I have the same error.
I have log on and off multiple time without and tried again without any luck.
I constantly get the same error:

Please, can someone assist me in creating the initial account?

I had the same problem but it seemed to resolve itself after a few days. In the interim I used a different sign on method. i.e, the first one I used was ‘github’ which is where the problem was occurring, so I used the ‘Google’ sign up/in option and that worked fine.

The problem started to happen after I deleted the tenant that is created upon signup. As I say, it took a few days to sort itself out.

I am having the same problem. I found another thread that just said go to your dashboard and create a new tenant, but I can’t do that if I don’t have an account.

I had the same issue, halfway setting up the account and encountered the issue when I am trying to set the domain for tenant. Now the account setup is stuck at the stage and couldn’t proceed or move backward even after re-login.

I wanted to update you on this matter, it appears that the incident was forwarded and resolved by our Engineering team, who pushed an update and the issue should now be resolved. I have tested this by creating new Auth0 accounts and tenants in different regions and have not received any issues.

Please try again to create the tenant and let us know if this worked, or if you are still encountering the same error message, or a different one!
