After signing up, I get to the first tenant creation page, but all attempt lead to the below message. No way to login & test Auth0, there.

Thank you for reporting this, it appears this issue is affecting multiple users and we are forwarding all information that we have to our internal teams for further investigation. We will provide an update as soon as we have any news, but in the mean time, please attempt some troubleshooting steps ( just so we are clear of any browser/network related settings that could be causing this) and let us know if you notice any change:
- stored browser cache data might be preventing you from proceeding, please attempt to clear the cache, reload the browser and try one more time. Trying Incognito mode could also help;
- try again with a different network connection if possible, to rule-out any potential issues directly related to your network;
- please enable/disable your VPN, reload the browser and try one more time.
