Tenant creation fails at onboarding asking to contact support but can’t even open a support ticket.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this might cause, but we are trying our best to mitigate this as soon as possible. Could you please try to access your Auth0 account using an incognito window to see if you are able to create a tenant ?
Please let us know if that was successful. If it wasn’t, could you please share the exact error messages that you are receiving ?

Now, since last night, every login is leading to tenant creation workflow. Something has broken again.

Please try to follow these steps, since the issue might be caused by stored browser cache data
- please attempt to clear the cache, reload the browser and try one more time
- trying Incognito mode could also help resolve this;
- try again with a different network connection if possible, to rule-out any potential issues directly related to your network;
- please enable/disable your VPN, reload the browser and try one more time.
Please let us know the outcome, so we can further investigate this if needed.

Have tried all the above (no VPN, Safari instead of Chrome, Incognito, different networks). My team is facing the same issue.
