URGENT
I have tried, setting up passwordless login & it works, all verified connections, tried OTP instead of email verification all worked, then I turned that off and tried passkey login it worked. Now, I wanted put back my settings, and test it to email verification (initially setup), now no verification emails coming back & I can’t login or logout from mobile app.
This Tenant has these accounts connected:
Android App (can’t login)
iOS app (can’t login)
Web App (can login)
I just get my head around what I did wrong, only thing I want instead of email verification my users receive OTP.
OR
Is there anyway, I can put my original setting back like 2 days ago?
Reading through your message, one thing that comes to mind is to enable, or check that it’s still enabled, the Passwordless OTP grant type for your Native application and try again if the connection is working with OTP.
If you’re getting the same behavior, let me know if you have any error messages in your logs or other details that could help in this case.
I have enabled everything, logs shows no errors, connections status “worked”, but still email not coming through, we tried OTP and Email verification but still email not coming in to our email accounts.
I have encountered similar issue, looks like it coincided with new “Attributes”. Verification emails stopped being sent and also, when switched to OTP verification OTP email isn’t sent, even if email provider test passes and email template tests are sent.
Weirdly it does work on Development tenant, but not for the Production
