1st scenario: only want the user to get the OTP on sign up process. Added custom email provider and change Email Template to Verification Email ( using OTP ), Still it is not working on our side. It is still sending verification link in Email to verify instead OTP.
2nd scenario: I want to add OTP verfication process on both Sign in and Sign up. So, I have enabled Authentication > Passwordless > Email. But still it is not working from my end in out web app.
As per my knowledge I have added all the required things in Auth0 but Still it is not working. So, help me with that. Also, I am on a trial period. So, I assume that maybe one of the reason why the things are not working from my end.
