Downgrade subscription

Hello, we’re downgrading our subscription from enterprise to pro, and we have disabled all enterprise. features, will our configuration remain? or do we need to re do it again?

Thank you for posting your question. If you have disabled all enterprise features, your configuration will remain, but don’t hesitate to contact your account manager to confirm. Each enterprise agreement is suited to your needs, so it’s best to get in touch with your account manager.
