Solution

For customers on the Gold Success plan Enterprise subscription, the account’s Technical Account Manager or CSM (Customer Success Manager) can assist with these requests.

Email the Technical Account Manager or CSM (Customer Success Manager) directly (not through the support ticket ) with the name of the tenant and the reason for the request.

Create a support ticket at Auth0 Support if the contact information for the Technical Account Manager or CSM (Customer Success Manager) is unknown.
