Creating a new tenant under the current organization payment plan

I can create a new tenant. I have option to attach it to current plan so others in organization see the tenant. See the picture.

But then the tenant is still created as personal.

What rights are needed for creating a tenant for the organization that I am part of. Is there some settings hidden?

Could you please reach out to your Technical Account Manager or our support team at support.auth0.com? They should be able to attach an tenants to your agreement. Thank you!
