Company of 100.000 users, internal or external users?

I am the co-founder of a B2B SaaS company, that uses a new Auth0 tenant for all our specific client environments.

We are close to securing a client with 100.000 users but I simply cannot decipher the Auth0 pricing model. Since I will pay $240 a month for 1000 users. I dread to know what 100.000 will look like. I am scratching my head how 1000 users can be 240$!!!. Since the pricing says “External active users” is there such a thing as “internal users” and would my clients 100.000 employees be categorized as internal or external users?

Internal refer’s to employees, or users that are internal to your company.

My best suggestion here would be to reach out to our sales team and have a discussion with them about your use case. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
