I am trying to cancel my Auth0 account, but I am unable to log into the admin dashboard to do so because our company did a domain name migration on our Google account. I had signed up for Auth0 using Google sign-in with the old domain name, and after the domain name change, I can no longer log back in. Password reset to the old domain name doesn’t seem to work either. I also cannot file a support ticket because – with my new domain name – it’s not tied to the correct subscription level to file a ticket.
