I've lost access to my paid Auth0 account after switching username/pass -> google single sign

It’s not letting me submit a ticket under this login (says I don’t have permission to) but I have lost access to my production Auth0 account. Instead I am being logged into an empty (free) Auth0 account with my correct email (but wrong Team/tenants)

I submitted a support ticket from another Auth0 account associated but have not heard back.

Please help me… I can message you details

I have inspected your accounts and could not find any paid accounts associated with your email address.
