Lost access to Auth0 tenant after switching email address

I lost access to my Auth0 tenant and urgently need help.

My goal was to switch email addresses on the account. Since I can’t change it manually (as far as I can tell), I created a new team member (with the new email), invited to the team. They became team owner. I then removed the old one. This caused me to neither have access from the new nor old email address.

Now, if I try to visit the /teams page, it gives me a BadRequestError with the following error: We are sorry but your request couldn’t be completed.

I have totally lost control of the tenant, but it seems to still be up.

Can you please send a DM to @support with the email address and tenant? We should be able to open a support ticket for you to get this sorted.
