I lost access to my Auth0 tenant dev-rsebml5y.us.auth0.com after my original GitHub account (nexusbr) was renamed/converted.
The tenant still exists and I have access to the email and client secrets used by the applications.
I need to regain admin access to this tenant.
Please advise how to proceed.

Please send us a DM to the @support group containing the information already mentioned in this thread and also include the email address that was associated with the account and the email address that you would like to link to the tenant.
