Locked out of tenant/unable to access

I initially registered through GitHub and added a secondary email since the GitHub account couldn’t be disconnected. After assigning owner access to the new user and logging in, the account no longer appeared, and it is now also missing from my GitHub login.

Please send us a DM to the @support group with the tenant name, the email address that is currently assigned as Team Owner/Tenant Admin and the email address you wish to be assigned to the tenant.
