I recently joined a company that developed a business app that uses Auth0.
I’m still using the same original email address used to create the tenants, but these are not visible anymore when I log into Auth0 using that initial email.
The app is still working, which makes me think those tenants still exist; however, I can’t access them.
Could you please help me?

The app is still working, which makes me think those tenants still exist; however, I can’t access them.
I can think of two reasons for this issue.
- Your account was removed from the tenant
- The connection type you choose to log in is different from the one in the tenant, for example, your connection type in the tenant is Google Social, but you tried to log in with email and password.
If there are other Admins in this tenant, could you please reach out to them to follow the steps in this article to verify what kind of connection your email is or add you back to this tenant?
If you are the only Admin of the tenant, could you please DM me your email, the connection type, and the tenant name?
