Hello.
I am trying to get back access to my admin Auth0 account, but I’m not receiving an email. After some investigations it turned out that the reset password email is sent via sendgrid (IP 167.89.100.13) and this IP is in the RBL blacklist.
I’m using cPanel on my end but cannot receive emails which were identified as spam due to RBL blacklist. My VPS helpcenter suggests that the IP should be delisted from RBL blacklist first on Auth0 end.
Could you please let me know if this can be fixed?
