So I am trying to reset my Auth0 password and go through the normal hoops of following the password reset process.
After not receiving the email I done some digging. Looks like Auth0 is using sendgrid to send emails and the particular IP from sendgrid is blacklisted for spam. So as a consequence all email for password resets are being automatically rejected by our filtering providers.
I am having a better chance of my chicken growing teeth than getting hold of Auth0 support for this issue.
With hitting a wall in trying to get support, it looks like I’ll need to move on to another provider.
