Auth0 login/Register not receiving verification code mail for gmail account

I tested passwordless connection with Gmail account and received the verification code successfully.

One possibility is the email was routed to the spam folder. Do you see this issue with other types of email accounts?

For me it’s working fine with mailinator.com but not working with gmail accounts.

I checked in the spam folder too. I am not receiving mail.

Does this happen with any gmail accounts or just one gmail account?

And could you please go to Auth0 dashboard → Authentication → Passwordless → click on Email → Try → enter your gmail and see if you can receive the email?

I am still investigating this topic and will keep you updated.

Its occurring for all gmail accounts from login

Tried as your instuction
Auth0 dashboard → Authentication → Passwordless → click on Email → Try → enter your gmail


Mail is coming to the Inbox fine

@lihua.zhang Again today mails are not received in Gmail Account. I can receive with Outlook and Mailinator
I am using a Free account is that a reason for it.

Sorry to hear that this issue is still happening.

I discussed with team internally. The Auth0 Build-in Email Provider is for testing email only. Could you please try configuring External SMTP Email Providers? This article explains the details. Hope that will resolve this issue. Thanks.

After changing to custom email provider its working fine.
