Hi, I’ve been receiving reports of emails not being sent with the auth codes. The logs indicate that the email has been sent without errors and nothing is showing up in spam folders.
Is there anywhere else I should be looking?

Are you using a the Auth0 provider or an external provider? If you’re using the Auth0 provider, it’s prone to these sorts of issues and is really only intended for development/trial use.
Thanks @tyf, yes I’m using the Auth0 provider and on the free plan. I’ll look into using our own smtp.
