Account issue

My coworker is locked out of my Auth0 admin account because he lost his device and can no longer use MFA. He doed not have the recovery code. And he also can not post message in auth0 community.
So I post the message here for him.

He has tried to Direct Message the @support group but the message button is not available to him.

Are you able to send us a DM to the aforementioned group with the tenant name associated with their email? If not, please let me know and I will DM you from my side.
