During my Trial license period, I was building an application using the Enterprise Connection feature. After the Trial period ended, I left it as it was without making any payments, reverting to the Free plan. One day, I accidentally accessed the application that I had left unattended and used the Enterprise Connection feature once. As a result, Auth0 suggested that I upgrade my plan. However, I don’t intend to use this connection (or even this tenant) anymore, and I plan to pay the excess charges for this instance.
Here’s what I want to know:
How can I make the payment? Should I just register my credit card and wait for the billing?
I would like to know how much it will cost. Is there any documentation on the calculation method?
(The Connection that was set up has been deleted on the dashboard.)
For your first question, basically yes, register your payment details by going to Settings - Subscription - Go to Subscription - Payment & Billing tab - Add Payment Details, then your payment should automatically be made probably in the next billing cycle.
For a pricing calculation, there is no documentation other than our Pricing page, and I’m honestly not sure what/if you will have to pay anything. If you would like to find out for sure, please contact our Sales team by filling out this form.

In summary, I noticed the “Enterprise Connections” section shows “1 of 0” when I checked quota(Auth0 Support Center - reports - Quota Utilization) which makes me think a payment might be required. If this situation does not require payment, please let me know, and I will not worry about the payment.
