We have users signing up and that seems to be ok if we look in the dashboard however when they get an email sent to them to with a link in it to verify their identity they get a screen stating “Your email address could not be verified”
Hmm it’s quite strange, actually not even sure what more can I ask for to troubleshoot that. Can you send a screenshot of that mail? Is it for some specific group of users?
Depending on the nature of the failure, you might have fvr (Failed to process verification email request) errors in your logs, which may have some useful clues. Search your logs for type:"fvr".
