My entire tenant is blocked at the infrastructure level — dashboard, CLI auth flow, and my production app’s /authorize endpoint all return access-denied/WAF-style errors for all visitors. Request ID: a30caa3b4e5fb967. Can’t login to my site, and can’t access anything in my Auth0 dashboard due to “Error! You don’t have permissions to access the resource”
Hi @j-stroup
Welcome to the Auth0 Community!
I understand that you are encountering the " Error! You don’t have permissions to access the resource " message when attempting to make changes within your tenant. This is triggered when a tenant has been marked for deletion due to a long time of inactivity.
Tenants that are inactive for an extended period of time receive multiple systematic login reminders about inactivity. Tenants that remain inactive through this reminder period are subject to deletion and cannot be recovered.
If the tenant has not yet been deleted, successfully logging in the tenant with an Admin account to count activity, as well as usage activity through logins or API calls on the tenant should restore it’s functionality. However if you are not able to access the tenant, it is likely already deleted.
