Why is Auth0 support so bad?

I opened a ticket over 2 weeks ago and I’m getting a runaround that would rival Ottoman bureaucracy. Is any else struggling with Auth0 support?

Hey Dan, thanks for responding and appreciate Richard making time on a weekend to get on a call and help resolve this. Upgrading to British Civil Service level support from Ottoman bureaucracy.
