Hello! Im doing some tests so, I try to send a welcome-email, when I use an email from @gmail.com everything it’s ok, the email is in the received folder but when I use an email from @hotmail.com is sent to spam. Why is this happening ?

I need to know which provider you are using.
Is it your own provider or built-in provider?
Cause if you use the built-in provider of your own then things like that may happen. The built-in provider is not for production use.
