Whenever I invite someone to my org, they get this email:
And well, it’s definitely not the one I set up under Branding>Email Templates
I can’t even find where this default email template is coming from, it’s definitely not the default email template for Welcome Email.
Does anyone know how to change this one email? I need it to have custom text on it, and some links. This email my users are getting is not helpful at all.
I can’t find where this is coming from. Some insight as to where to find it would be greatly helpful!

Welcome to the Auth0 Community, it’s great to have you on board 
I believe this is the template that is delivered if you don’t have a custom email provider configured, also in such a scenario any changes made to the Welcome email will not come through. If this is the case please configure a custom email provider https://auth0.com/docs/customize/email/smtp-email-providers/configure-custom-external-smtp-email-provider
Once this is done you should find that template changes are now working.
