Was given access to production, how to navigate to the manage console?

Thank you for your time and help.
I login to production but when I try to URL to the production manage portal:
https://manage.auth0.com/dashboard/us/trulab/

I get immediately redirected to our development site.
https://manage.auth0.com/dashboard/us/trulab-dev/

Please advise!

Hi there @don.collins ,

I think it would be best to contact one of the production tenant administrators and request access to it.

You can drop them off this guidance in case your team uses Teams feature.

Please let us know how it goes

Thank you Marcelina for your help and troubleshooting this issue.
We do use the Teams feature and will contact our Admin and provide the guidance link as well “Tenant Member Management”. This should do the trick!
