Can't find my tenant or login to dashboard

Can’t login to dashboard anymore and can’t find my existing tenant. If I try to login, It redirects to me create a new domain and then i get this error.

Something happened while trying to create the tenant: API Error. Please contact support if the problem persists.

Auth0 login / registration still works fine on my application, I just can’t seem to login to manage it. Please help It’s urgent
